Availability:
As we are continually improving the design of our products, some product specifications may vary slightly from descriptions on this website. When you submit your order you are allowing RSPCA Trading Ltd to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or letter.
 
Delivery:
All products can only be delivered to addresses within the UK. All items will be despatched within 5 working days of our receiving your order unless otherwise specified. Our regular working hours are Mon-Fri 9-5pm, so orders and queries will not be picked up outside these hours.
 
Delivery agents:
Deliveries may be sent by Royal Mail, courier or pallet haulier depending on order size, value and delivery location. Courier deliveries may require a signature on receipt. If nobody is home at your delivery address, the delivery agent will either leave your order in a safe place, or take it to another local address, or back to the depot. If this is the case a card will be left with instructions of how to obtain your parcel.
 
Losses:
We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss even if the loss was reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when the contract for the sale of goods was formed. We follow strict security procedures in storage and disclosure of information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose information to you. If you place an order and do not wish us to use your details, you may tick the appropriate boxes, which feature in the registration and ordering processes, before completing the purchase.

My Bridget used this litter in my local RSPCA centre I adopted her from on 29 October 2019 and she’s never used any other type of litter, she’s very happy with it. The only issue I’ve noticed is that it’s not very well packaged. In my opinion the bags they’re packed in last time was retaped by the delivery company. Otherwise everything is perfect about the product and I’ll be buying in the future. I always buy 2 at a time and I’m very pleased with the price.
