Comment now changed to neutral. The seller was clearly let down by shipping company which damaged the parcel and disposed of it. All clear and transparent on courier website and ebay tracking - that the package was now disposed of. Due to seasonal purchase I requested a full refund, but seller did not recognize the fact that the package was destroyed. I could not get a refund until Ebay stepped in under money back guarantee policy.

Really sorry for the trouble happened but we usually try our best to do the best we can but all that happened out of our hands , really sorry .if you still want the products we can arrange it with parcel force or royal mail as 20 k.g

It was very slow and dishonest service. It was clear from tracking that item was damaged and returned to seller. He insisted that it was delivered to me with no refund. I do not recommend to deal with this seller.
