Before I order key, I asked seller as in advert, he advice me what auction I should buy, so when key arrived, was wrong, so message back, what for I asked if he self send me to wrong one, he apologized for mistake and ask to open case as not fit, and he ask me to pay postage label price 3.35 to get back 4.99 !!!? So I the end I'm still losing money ! Not happy with this service at all, now I closed case, and lost my money.

Keys can often be mistaken as they all look very similar, we asked you to open a return so we can refund you. You did open the return then immediately closed it and left us negative feedback, refusing to communicate and resolve the issue. We have tried several times to communicate and resolve this to no reply.
