Rails were missing there end clip in pins, ended up binning it and getting from elsewhere

Unreasonable buyer. Didnt reach out at all before leaving feedback to allow me to help. Rails were not missing pins. The cage nuts and screws dont come with the rails as clearly marked in advert. These rails are the same as advertised elsewhere on eBay, they are all the same. Nevertheless if buyer had reached out we could have sorted out the issue someway.
