Quick delivery, bought for & sent to a friends address. Only problem seems to be is its very difficult to change the different tool heads. Difficult to pull off , friend says in using the flat carpet head attachment that action of vacuming appears to push it on more & then difficult to change to nozzle attachment. Two of us finally managed. Hopefully that will improve....

Item arrived a few days early, unfortunately that is the only real positive. On opening the 2in1 piece is missing and when I contacted the selling I was told that they don't have spares which doesn't help, they have given 15% back but I have still had to buy the missing piece from a separate company. I have used the vacuum for the first time today, it's ok suction is decent but the thing you slide back n forth to adjust the suction does move on it's own so that could be better. All in all it ok
