My little miricle tablets.
Many years ago in 1985 my Rheumatoid Arthritis was so bad I could not even get out of bed and dress myself, I had to wait for my wife to wash and dress me. A friend gave me a box of Bio Selenium plus Zinc tablets to try and within a few days I was able to rise, wash and dress myself. A doctor once said it was all in my mind but as I said I don`t care what anyone else says, - They work for me. I came off them for a while but my arms stiffened up so badly I went back on them. Too expensive
I've been taking selenium for my thyroid for over a year. It's good selenium but for the price you'd be better off buying a bag of organic brazil nuts. Two full brazil nuts is equal to 100au of selenium
