Yesterday 23 July the original parcel arrived. I asked Skymex for a return note and they gifted me the parcel. Sometimes, a spanner does end up in the works! I want to applaud Skymex for dealing with it professionally and swiftly and not least of all, the product is good, I'm very happy with it.
