Arrived next day. The keyboard was dirty, as if a cat had walked up and down with muddy paws! Took 15 mins to clean it properly and the laptop scrubbed up well. After downloading all Windows 11 updates, the laptop works really well. Now, I am very pleased with the purchase!

We received the laptop and the hardware was fine but the operating system was locked to the NHS and we were unable to use the laptop as we didn't know he user name or password. We chased the supplier a number of times with promises of someone would call but no call came. In the end we went to our local tech who formatted the laptop correctly and installed a useable OS, which we incurred a cost for. If it wasn't for the fact the laptop hardware is what we needed this would have been a NEGITIVE.
