    I was really happy with the whole process. I phoned Michael (mobile in "contact information") to discuss what I needed (replacement BMW wing mirror parts). He new which parts I needed, added the items as a new eBay listing and sent me a link. I could then make the purchase, giving the vehicle reg so the parts could be spayed the correct colour. In all, I was very happy with the communication, price and the delivered parts.
