Absolutely atrocious. The item I ordered was listed as brand new and sealed, however, what I received was the complete opposite. Rips all over the front of the box set, scuff marks on the sides. The item also appears to have been resealed, most likely after the damaged occurred. I'm hardly surprised though, reading through other people's reviews of this seller. Communication with the seller was also appalling. Just copy and pasted automatic responses. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS.

Good Movie
Good film. Good acting. There are a few twists in the film that keeps you on the edge of your seat. John Cusak is very good and so is Samuel L Jackson. I got this movie without reading the synopsis and it didn't disappoint. If you like a good horror film then I highly recommend this. I give this movie 4*

Excellent film
I really enjoyed watching this film and adding to my growing DVD collection. Samuel L Jackson played a small but great part. John Cusack was excellent in his role. A must watch and have in any DVD collection. Even though it said it would scare it didn't scare me. A must have/watch film👍👍👍👍

Great film starring John Cusack and Samuel L Jackson. The story is about a writer played by Jack Cusack who writes about haunted hotels and motels. He is bored and truly believes that their are no real haunted hotels until......... He visits a hotel where the manager (Samuel Jackson) refuses to let him stay in a particular room. Cusack believes that the hotel manager is just trying to add height to the haunted hotel room when he is refused access to the hotel room. In the end Cusack gets his own way and ends up spending the night and eternity in this room. Watch it to see what happens, it really is a good film that you will want to watch more than once.
