Returns

GDS UK operates a fair policy of accepting returns provided the goods and their original packaging and are received back by us within 30 days as from the date of delivery.

Please advise us first that you wish to make a return and quote your Order Number, Name and Date of Purchase and reason for the return.

Please include the Returns Form below with any returns, I am sorry but if the form is not included we may not have the relevant information necessary to process your refund.

We also advise that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a Courier Service to guarantee the delivery back to us.

Once we receive the item back and the item is still in its original packaging and is not damaged or has been altered, we shall issue a full refund by the same way the customer originally paid.

A. If a customer wants to return an item that they have ordered incorrectly, changed their minds or no longer requires -

We do not refund the original out going postage cost if the customer returns any goods that are no longer needed or were ordered incorrectly. (excluding faulty goods, incorrect goods received)

What an excellent product .. I did a little bit of research on the internet to see if it was compatable with our system. And it was, even though I'd read up on the different systems I was still sceptical that it would work. When they arrived the programming was super easy, and i just followed the instructions. We programmed 3 to give out to family, and was so simple. I highly recommend the fobs and are very good value especially when our gate supplier are asking for a lot more per unit. fast and efficient
The fobs arrived quickly and were very easy to program so long as you have a working one to hand and your controller has been set up for ‘remote copying’. They don’t cost much and, in my view, it’s always useful to have a couple of spares around the house for the inevitable day when partners or children ‘lose’ the one you’ve used for years!

I was a little concerned that the programming wasn’t going to be as simple as I had seen in videos etc on the internet but it was so so easy and I have managed to use one button for my gates at home and one button on the same device for my electric shutter at the office so I’m super impressed. Excellent delivery, remote works as expected, giving 4 Stars as there were no instructions supplied to tell you how to 'marry' the new remote to my existing system, the enclosed instructions mentioned a 'secret key', but no information on how to use it,fortunately there were some good videos on YouTube. Once I followed those instructions it worked fine.
