Purchased this item after confirming with seller that it was brand new. It took a while to be delivered (two weeks) but arrived ok. After a few weeks use the handset developed a fault with the screen, I contacted seller who requested images from me and later agreed to replace the handset. I had to post the faulty unit back at my own cost (£8.50) and after one week received the replacement (which was an upgrade to larger memory) only issue was packaging on receipt was open (taped lid open)

The phone is new, it is PERFECT, I even checked if imei is real and it was. Will recommend. I recommended this seller to my friend.
