    Simple, doable recipes using normal ingredients. This diet works!

    His is one of the few books I’ve read where I feel I could easily make and enjoy any of the recipes. Simple and with good instructions but most of all the recipes are doable with little fuss. Not one of those that demands ‘venison and quails eggs’ but realistic food you can get at the supermarket. I’ve been following this for 5 days and have lost 5 pounds. What’s not to like?

    It is so well laid out. There is a huge choice of recipes, the photos are excellent and the is a lot of information on lifestyle. It is not just a recipe book. It gives lots of ideas for different, yet easy to make, meals.
