Box containing as described Ivan marks and billy makin floats complete with photos as description,showing no damage and good useable condition,item arrived and 4 floats are unbranded,and 3 makin floats have damaged chipped paint meaning not useable,contacted seller and asked for a partial refund as I wanted all the floats that were as stated,seller does not do partial refunds and stated return them,I’m disabled by mobility making posting hard work,again no joy with seller hence this feedback

Buyer was offered a full return/refund. Being a trader who took great delight in telling me he knew what he was talking about as he had sold over 2000 floats on ebay he decided to cherry pick the bargain floats and insist on a partial refund. He then claimed he has difficulty getting to a post office, but doesn't seem to have an issue when it comes to posting his orders?
