Despite item being posted as like new, book arrived heavily yellowed, like it came from a smokers den. If seller had just accepted return for item not being as described, feedback would have been positive but instead seller escalated to ebay who ruled in my favour, a shame, as negative feedback like this could have been easily avoided.
