Item Fine, Good Price, quick processing, only issue was the chosen courier, txt'd del info but no chance to reply no contact numbe, item turned up a 7.5 ton lorry so access was a problem, Drivers refused to use a stack truck and walk 300yrds. So 2nd del arranged in smaller vehicle. For a second time advertised 30 to 60 mins notice ahead of del didn;t happen, all the details given the centralised call centre never got passed or was ingnored at local depot. Again driver seemed in a huge rush.

First machine arrived faulty, but excellent customer services dealt with it all extremely promptly, replying to every message in 20mins to 2hrs. Duff machine collected today and new replacement of identical model arrived today too.
