Items not fully available so refunded partially. I purchsed 4, they sent me 2 but refunded less than 50%. The purchase happened on Feb 5, I finally received a 2nd class package on Feb 24 despite paying £5.99 for postage in my check out.
I finally got my parcel, but it was not a positive experience.

As per our extensive exchange, you have only paid £3.99 for the postage of your items as only 2 were purchased at the end. I provided detailed calculations within refund so you are clear about the final refund amount, which you were happy with.
The refund was less than 50% as there were different discount % depending on how many items you purchased. I actually paid above your postage cost to ensure the items get to you quickly but it is out of my control once it enters RM's system.
