The plastic container is dirty and the go kart and remote control weren’t even secured on the base. The charging cable is missing so my kid can’t even play with it. Seller won’t help because I contacted him 30 days from when it was delivered. Can’t open a package if I’m not home due to traveling for work. The seller used acoustic studio foam panels as packing material which is not anywhere near acceptable to use as packing material. 5 12-inch squares of studio foam aren't protecting anything during shipping. The seller also claimed the printer was new. It did not come in the original packaging and was missing vital parts for the operation of the printer.
