I'm happy with my purchase and believe it's good value. It arrived quickly (given it's late December). The measurements are the same as in the description. The colour is not as dark as in the pictures, I ordered dark grey but it in no way impacts on the use so I'm happy. It was well packaged to avoid potential damage in transit. Took seconds to unfold and seems ideal as a footstool. I could not recommend using it as a standing stool as it's cardboard but fine for non weight-bearing use.
