    Hilarious

    I bet that a lot of people are unfamiliar with this movie. The thing is, it’s friggin’ hilarious, it really is. O’Connell is good in this, and owns the part. Totally believable, just like the other one he did around a year prior, “Tomcats”. Reynolds steals the show. I swear that he has a couple scenes that make you laugh until you are hurting and can’t draw breath and turn purple. Bellamy is solid. Everyone’s everything, Alyssa Milano(Peter “Starlord” Quill’s bitchin’ ass ship is named for her) is the big surprise here. This was before anything she did as an adult except for “Charmed”. Right in the middle of that show, actually. She was already a grown up woman and had been for a while, but seeing her play a character like “Amy” was remarkable at the time, and a huge bonus for the movie. ...
