The supplier was unable to fulfil my original order but did offer an alternative. I did not accept the offer and received a full refund promptly. Supplier was very keen to make sure I was happy and offered a free gift as compensation. The eBay listing was not updated to reflect stock levels promptly enough, however.

Subsequently contacted by the seller apologising for not supplying the item I ordered and offering a small gift as compensation. Ebay listing has now been modified to show the item I ordered is out of stock. Refund was prompt, but the delivery status was not accurate as it showed as being dispatched when there was no stock.

Says two pack in headline description, only one in pack sent. Also, it's a universal 8" screen protector, not specifically for the model I ordered for. Had I realised before the return window closed (I was on holiday and didn't fit it in time) I would have returned for a full refund. Lesson learned and I'll avoid this seller in future
