Returns

GDS UK operates a fair policy of accepting returns provided the goods and their original packaging and are received back by us within 30 days as from the date of delivery.

Please advise us first that you wish to make a return and quote your Order Number, Name and Date of Purchase and reason for the return.

Please include the Returns Form below with any returns, I am sorry but if the form is not included we may not have the relevant information necessary to process your refund.

We also advise that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a Courier Service to guarantee the delivery back to us.

Once we receive the item back and the item is still in its original packaging and is not damaged or has been altered, we shall issue a full refund by the same way the customer originally paid.

Good value replacement
At over 30 years old my old garage door lock was showing signs of wear and the key was no longer engaging positively within the lock. I ordered this replacement after carefully measuring the old one. It arrived very quickly and fitting took just a few minutes. The price was a fraction of that from the brand name supplier. The new handle is a well built replacement for the original item, matched in both dimensions (it fits without modification or alteration) and aesthetically ( it looks identical to the original) which is important as I have two garages side by side. The only difference is the shape of the key, which is actually an advantage.
