Seller offered this Swiss MNH year set for sale, but did not actually have it . After I paid a high price for it, he admitted he did not have it, but said he'd sell me a used set of the same stamps at the same price, claiming they were worth just as much -- which of course is untrue. This is called "bait and switch." Of course I objected, he refunded my money, then engaged in a series of argumentative emails with me. If I were you, I'd stay f-a-r away from this seller.

I simply indicated that the item was finished and I have promptly refunded him. Evidently the neuron doesn't work very well and the ego is more cumbersome than his intelligence. Very happy not to have sold anything to such people who have the cowardice to threaten with a childish feedback. Did you want the free item? I have reported him several times to eBay. Stay away from me
