    Ultimately the laptop had to be returned because it was overheating and shutting down, however I can't fault the customer service of the seller. Delivery and packaging were great and upon receipt of the returned item the refund was handled promptly. Would do business again.

    The item was sent as expected, in a Kingspec cardboard little box along with a screw . The box wasn't sealed. After I have installed the card into laptop I have checked and realized it was a pre-owned card containing already a UEFI partition and a full Hackintosh system installed. Other than that, the specs are as advertised and I am happy with the product considering the price.
