The envelope arrived empty. There was a tear at the bottom. The envelope was protected with a cardboard insert. I hate I did not receive the item. I am satisfied with the refund for my loss.

Strange how it arrived empty as the token was within a plastic envelope stuck to the card insert inside the outer envelope. Light-fingered postman?

The card had started to break through the end of the envelope, but the photo didn't fall out, thank goodness! I am happy it got here safe
