I ordered three mugs one of each design and they are exactly as described, a really nice set of mugs to drink out of leading up to, and during Christmas. The mugs arrived in a very timely fashion but sadly one was broken, so I contacted the Seller who responded really quickly and arranged to send me a replacement, sadly that failed to arrive, so the Seller kindly arranged to send me another mug which arrived within a day.
