Our products are guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from purchase date. We offer a replacement part only warranty, not labour, providing the item has been fitted correctly by a competent person and not misused.
 
Items to be returned under warranty must be accompanied with a goods return form which is available by request from enquiries@agriandgarden.com. Returns are at the customers expense.
 
All damages or shortages must be notified to us within 3 working days of receipt as claims cannot be made after this period.
 
Agri and Garden shall not be liable for loss, injury or damage relating to any parts supplied by ourselves.
