Straight forward and good service. I am a UK customer and bought this item knowing I would need to pay UK import duty and VAT, plus an £8 Royal Mail charge. Even despite this, it came in cheaper than buying a ‘nearly new’ Karoo 2 here. Brand new, the box still selephaned. All works perfectly and UK maps downloaded automatically by the unit on powering it up the first time. Used it on a 57km ride today - really good directions info on screen and automatic hill climb graph - great!
