Payment:
 
We are happy to accept payment either via eBay checkout or cash on collection. We also accept payment by cheque or postal order however can only post your item once the payment has cleared.
 
Postage:
 
Most small items will be sent economy via Hermes courier service which normally takes 2-3 working days and is trackable online via their website. For larger items an alternative carrier such as Parcel Force may be used. Occasionally items may need to be sent via Royal Mail’s Signed For or Guaranteed Next Day delivery services in order to ensure adequate cover in case of loss or damage. Faster delivery options may be available on request for an additional cost.
 
Packaging:
 
We are experienced in sending items of a fragile nature such as ceramics and glassware so please buy with confidence. Fragile items will be sufficiently bubble-wrapped and posted in a suitable cardboard box with polystyrene packing chips for protection. Breakages are very rare however in the unfortunate event we will always offer a prompt and full refund including all postage costs. We do ask that you send photos of the damaged items first and in some cases retain the damaged items and packaging for a short while as these steps are often required when making a claim.
 
Dispatch:
 
We normally dispatch within five working days of receiving payment. If you are in a particular hurry for an item please get in touch before bidding or buying to let us know and we will do our best to oblige.
 
Collection/Delivery:
 
For larger or heavier items such as furniture we can deliver to most parts of mainland UK. If you are interested in this service please contact us with your delivery postcode and we can give you a quote. For full details of our delivery service please see the information in the listing.
 
Alternatively you are more than welcome to collect in person at a mutually convenient date and time or to arrange your own courier. We do not have any set opening hours so it is important that collection is arranged in advance however with some notice we can normally be quite flexible.
