It's a good product! Plus points: it's instant (almost), it's economical and it dispenses as much or as little water as you want! Negative points: it's a little noisy (but many are) and it doesn't stop on its own (which if you're absent minded as I am you end up with tea all over the place!). I would recommend this hot water dispenser, however as I have only had it a couple of weeks I can't vouch for its reliability! It's a good product! Fast but feel water not hot enough, not at boiling point. so bit disappointed -looks great, easy to use, water capacity doesn't suit I need bigger as drink lots tea, great idea, easy to dismantle etc shame about temperature

Boils water almost instantly, small & large amounts, generous base, can fit my large teapot underneath, overall size of machine no bigger than a kettle. I highly recommend this product and can't foresee ever using a kettle again.

Thrown away my kettle
This one of the best things I have ever bought. No need to keep filling a kettle for drinks. Reservoir of 2.5ltrs keep a me going all day. Switch on, press the button and then instant hot water, as little or as much as you need. Saves on electricity too.

New for old
Following the demise of our old instant boil kettle thought we would upgrade to a constant flow model. Bad mistake, poor flow, colour poor ,looks sun bleached not vibrant red as on add. Filling up awkward, switch clumsy and has a red neon on indicator and green led when switched on. The water flow is a trickle but is Hot. Keep forgetting it does not switch itself OFF so you have to stay near to flick the switch off.
