All batteries supplied by Powerbauk should be fitted by a qualified person, therefore under no circumstances shall Powerbatuk be liable for any consequential injury, loss or damage due to in-correct fitting or miss-use of batteries or other products supplied to the purchaser.
Delivery
We dispatch our products within 24 hours (weekdays only) of receiving cleared payment on purchases made before 4.00pm, goods are usually delivered between 7.30am-5.30pm on a next working day basis although this is not guaranteed, you will receive confirmation of your order through email or text (if mobile number supplied on checkout), we use a third party courier service for our deliveries, on a rare occasion that a item is out of stock we will notify you within 12 hours and refund the amount you have paid. We shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, this is out of our direct control, therefore Powerbatuk shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser or any third party arising directly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
 
We must be informed within 24 hours of any damage or shortage of goods, failure to do so will free the company from any liability in this respect.
 
It is the customers responsibility to check that the product they are purchasing is the correct item for its intended use, it is the purchases responsibility to check physical sizes, specifications, terminal layouts and sizes are correct when purchasing batteries, although battery manufacturers catalogues are fairly accurate for vehicle fitment guides these cannot be guaranteed therefore it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check these specifications before buying.
