I was disappointed with the quality of boots. Miz Mooz has always used glove leather for their shoes. This pair is very stiff and cardboard like. This pair made in Bosnia not Portugal like my five other pairs. The seller also crammed them in a plastic shipping sleeve, causing the boots to be squished. I’m hoping a good conditioner will help these boots. I bought two pairs. Shipping was on time and the colors are beautiful. I don’t feel right leaving a positive review because of issues.

These shoes were from QVC and were the same ones they were selling on air. I am sorry if it is not what you expected.

I wish that the shipping fee was less, but it is beyond our control because of USPS charges for the size of this item.
