The kettle was wrongly advertised as 3KW originally. Every obstacle was put in my way in returning it (no return label incl. in package , and instructions followed to PRINT one myself, from an e mail attachment. I have no printer. Many problems thereafter, 'phone calls by me to their 'associates'. They had no phone! Muddled replies from 4 indoors themselves. Long delays. (I had to despatch the return myself. No collection by them possible.)
