Seller was very proactive regarding communications.!They were out of stock on the exact item I ordered and offered me several options. I explained that I needed a bowl that rang in “C” or alternatively a refund. I received a bowl today which was very securely packaged and therefore arrived whole. I immediately tested this bowl with a piano tuning app and it was right on C5, with harmonics on C4. I have other bowls (D, E, F, A, and B) and none are as precisely tuned as this 1, it sounds amazing!
