    Aftermarket Radiator Beats OEM

    I bought one of these for my overheated Discovery that was previously owned by a cack-handed person (he got the valves hitting the pistons causing impact craters that looked like volcanoes) Once the engine had had a lot of TLC (new head, new pistons, new belt kit and new radiator) i was able to tow a friend's sailing yacht from Dover to Cardiff. The boat turned out to be far heavier than the weight shown on the Internet but the repaired Discovery towed it up hill and down dale without making any fuss. It turned out that the long-dead sailing club commodore had filled up the boat's long keel with concrete, old lead piping, scrap iron and anything heavy that he could get, Three marine surveys failed to notice the increased ballast but the trailer tyres didn't.
