The seller bradtinakids is a warm, kind & understanding person. She had originally taken my situation into account & agreed to a price reduction. When she found out how preposterously high the exchange rate on the US $, the tax & the shipping charge were for such a tiny item (a miniature dollhouse size wagon) she offered to cancel the sale. I agreed. eBay shipping charges are extremely high, often equalling the price of the item or even exceeding it! eBay should be doing something about that!!!
