    We love black seed oil

    I Love black seed oil. I just started for the 1st time it's going well I've started me kids on it there 10 and 12 yrs old. I can say it makes you go to the restroom. But that's a good thing. Now I've been reading alot of the reviews and comments so This info is for YOU. orange juice and raw honey or whatever honey you want to use. It taste so much better. Now I'm just using orange only. But if you can't use orange juice you may have to use honey and water or ect. My kids love it surprisingly so I give it to all my family one teaspoon a day. I'll move to the 2 time a day in a couple of months from now. I hope this helped someone

    Black seed oil.

    The product is good. The only problem was the bottle was open on both. And it spilled in to the box. I keep the product because I know how well it works. The next time I will get the seeds. That's what I was taking the first time. Just wanted to try the oil. But it helps my joints and I don't eat as much.
