All six types play a part in the fine tuning of small plastic figures and vehicles etc, they a easy to handle and of a good enough quality to last a long time (for the type of work they do) I don't think anyone would need to acquire any further files as this set covers every possible need that I've encountered, the plastic case is about as good as it needs to be, but I bought files, not a fancy case. I'm highly delighted by these files. I wanted these for occasional use in building a scenic diorama. They get used for light filing of plastics and thin metal. For the purpose I bought them and for the price they're great. I'm really glad I risked buying some cheaper files and didn't spend more, because these suit me fine. What they're like for more frequent use or more taxing jobs I can't comment.I'm highly delighted by these files. I wanted these for occasional use in building a scenic diorama. Worth every penny.
I bought these for fine work on my 3d printed parts. I'm using PLA filament which is very tough to smooth. These files are excellent on it. If you're looking for some durable, fine work files for your 3d printing, look no further. 10/10 from me!
