Lack of communication. Had one message to say they were out of the country so couldn't send me the book I had paid for. This was only after a few days and I contacted them. Then another message to say they had refunded me. But Ebay sent a message to say refund unsuccessful from the seller. I contacted the seller again asking what is happening with no response ever again from them!!! Ebay had to step in to give me my money back. Terrible service, do not buy from this seller!
