There were some shipping issues but good communication from seller and really all that was lost was time. And since it was a purchase of winter boots for my daughter, the item won't be used until next winter so it was really not a big deal. Seller stayed in touch and kept me informed of what was going on which was very helpful. I would rate it 4 stars for shipping but really for the concern they showed I'll keep it it at 5 and will recommend this seller as 5 ⭐
