Delivery was fine and well packed, however I have used it once but never again, it is so heavy, it is positively dangerous, with the lid on it is even worse, difficult to get out of the oven without burning oneself while struggling to get enough grip with an oven cloth and physically lifting a now full casserole out. I have got small hands but even so I don't think it is user friendly.

This arrived very quickly, and despite being described as having a damaged box - and thus sold cheaper - there's nothing wrong with box or scale.
My only small quibble is I messaged the seller to find out what batteries are needed for it, and they got it wrong, so I've ordered the wrong batteries and it's too late to cancel. On the positive side, the scale arrived with a working battery already in it.
