I ordered a sweatshirt based on the measurements seller provided, but when it arrived it barely fit my small child (I ordered an adult unisex medium). I just wanted to exchange it for a larger size and contacted the seller because according to them, that was what I was supposed to do (see photo). My request was denied. What’s the point of telling customers you’re “here to help in case you require an exchange” but then not honor that? There went $60 down the drain. Disappointing!

Ordered a shirt from these guys and when I received it, the design on the back was so close to the collar it looks ridiculous. Rule of thumb for pressing a design is 4 fingers down from the collar. These guys pressed the design almost at the collar. I messaged them to give them a chance to make it right and when I mentioned that I was u happy with the placement of the design their response was just “we design it” basically deal with it. I spent a good amount of money on this t-shirt, bs.
