    Never get sick again

    great started taking it many years ago a few times a week since i began i have not gotten sick at all were talking 6 or 7 years illness free. before i started taking it i needed antibiotics 2-4 times a year. if you wake up in the morning with white on your tung it is a yeast overgrowth take it for a couple of days and you will wake up with your mouth felling like you just brushed it clean

    Wow regulat

    I took a break from probiotics and did prebiotic to heal sibo. Started taking this and had a little acne break outs, bloating and frequent stools. Which means the microbios are working. After 2 weeks i feel great and seeing the benefits. Definitely regular and skin is cleaning up
