Unfortunately, the switch had some deeper failures and deeper defects that didn't present with normal testing. Initial appearance presented strong value but once I got deep into the setup I found some HW failures. Their prompt support made a big difference. ⭐ Final Verdict: 4/5 – Functional unit with some wear, but excellent customer service. Would buy from this seller again.
