I purchased this pillow on 1/9/24. I tried a chat with them and two messages at their site over a 2 1/2 week period, and have had no reply. It is 2/21/24 today. I got a 'Item Shipped' Email on 1/9, but have seen nothing.
One would expect at least a 'We will look into this.' response.
