    Item condition as described, item packaged to avoid damage in transit, good seller communication. Challenging experience using eBay Global Shipping Program again - Pitney Bowes (who only sell machine parts to Australia??) who referred me to AMS (who told me they don't deliver items, they use a third party carrier!) who referred me to Freightster (who failed to deliver 3 times, then left outside a high-rise building). I would leave neutral feedback, but it isn't the seller's issue, it's Ebay.

    I didn't realise ebay had my old adress, so it was shipped there, then (luckily) shipped back to the seller who contacted me straight away to check the address was correct. When I supplied the correct address, the seller had the book to me within a few days. Excellent customer service. Can't praise them highly enough.
