    I needed to return this because I needed the blank chassis instead of the punched. The person that handled the return "Tammie" was extremely accommodating and very attentive. She let me know I could return to their USA warehouse and in less than a week she issued me a refund. She even asked me if it was okay to wait until the item was returned and that is the normal procedure anyhow. In other words this company has my vote as a great organization to do business with. I highly recommend them!!!
