The seller wasn't aware that a EUR size 34 is actually 14 sizes smaller than a UK size 34! Hence, the description wasn't accurate. I wrote a nice message, offering to arrange a return of the skirt. Seller replied with an empty apology, then unnecessarily made the return process complicated & drawn out. After seller received the item back, I wasn't refunded until the very last moment (4 days). When I purchased the item, I had paid immediately, but to date, the seller has not left me any feedback.
