It was EXACTLY as described and worked perfectly! Our reclining sofa stopped working in a fully reclined position on a Sunday evening. I found the part and ordered it right away but they did not have expedited shipping listed. I sent a message & they texted me first thing Monday morning and offered expedited two-day shipping at an additional cost. The part arrived at our house on Tuesday morning and we had it fixed within 48 hours of it breaking. The part was perfect & service was amazing!
