For a few nights
If you need to take something to help you get back into a normal sleep routine then I recommend this one rather than Kalms which has some very odd ingredients. Just take one when you’re in bed and maybe for the next two or three nights. It’s very helpful without leaving any side effects.

They help irregular sleep patterns
